The practice may look like a hole in the wall, however, you will see pilots from all airlines there. Quick in and out. As of this writing a regular 1st class medical was only $50 for me. No EKG, no extras. McDonald’s of 1st class medical. Doc may look at your feet but you’ll be glad to see him once every 6 months or year!
