We recognize the frustration of finding out that the information provided could also be found on the FAA's website. I needed help trying to find out the best route to take, and figuring out my options. I asked him some questions and he responded with basic information that you can find for free on faa’s site. He didn’t help in any way at all. Biggest waste of $50, if highly recommend you go elsewhere for questions and concerns.
