Fantastic experience! You can tell right off the bat he is your number one supporter that day. Everything is based off the scenario he gives you and is really good about using SBT and how you're going to apply real world knowledge to your flying. His debrief at the end is incredibly detailed as well. You will walk out a much better pilot than when you first walked in. I've worked with plenty of great examiners, but Ernie is by far the best one!
