Dr. David Blake Greer

About: Dr. David Greer is a board-certified family physician (MD) in Newburgh, IN (near Evansville, IN) and is affiliated with Deaconess Health System. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP) and Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine (DABFM). He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1986, completed Family Practice Residency at Deaconess Hospital Evansville, IN in 1989 and has been in continuous practice since then. He currently practices Urgent Care/Occupational Health Medicine and is experienced in all aspects of ambulatory medicine. He is a Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration/Department of Transportation (FMCSA/DOT). He is an FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) for all FAA Medical Certificates (Classes 1, 2, 3) as well an FAA Employee Examiner (EE) for FAA employees/contractors.
